AdsAtom relies on the Google Ads API to function. We handle this data with strict security measures:

  • Your Google Ads authentication tokens are stored securely using AES-256 encryption.
  • We only access the data strictly necessary to provide our service (e.g., campaign performance).
  • You can revoke AdsAtom's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings.

5. AI Processing

As an AI-first platform, we process campaign data to generate insights:

  • Your campaign data may be processed by AI models (Google Gemini via OpenRouter).
  • Data sent to AI is used strictly to generate insights for your account.
  • We do not use your data to train AI models.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers necessary to operate our platform:

  • Google: For OAuth authentication and Ads API access.
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing.
  • OpenRouter / Google Gemini: For providing AI analysis.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and Google Ads connection for as long as your account is active. If you choose to cancel your subscription and delete your account, all personal data and encrypted tokens will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
